SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

We stand by our product in offering the highest quality vanilla beans on the market always picked for maximum freshness and vacuum sealed to retain the level of quality our customers come to expect. As such our policies for shipping and returns are as follows:

 

Lead times on orders

  • Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 3-6 business days after receipt of your order.

  • Bulk or wholesale orders greater than 5 pounds might require extra lead time contingent upon stock availability. Larger orders will be shipped directly from our partners within Madagascar with times depending on local carrier expected shipping times but generally 2-3 weeks for fulfillment. You will be contacted in the event that this should happen.

Shipping & Processing

  • Once your order ships, an automated e-mail notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Additionally, you may log into your Terra Vanilla account to retrieve your tracking number.

    • Terra Vanilla cannot be held liable for confirmed deliveries that are not received. If your order has been confirmed as delivered via the tracking system provided, we recommend that you first call your local post office to inquire further.

Off the beaten path locations

    • Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

    • Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require an additional day to deliver.

    • Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
